Apply the moisturizer in the morning and evening. Both HIGH CONCENTRATES can be used before the moisturizer, as needed. Do not use azelaic acid during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Use at least SPF 30 during the day. Ideally, do not use azelaic acid together with highly concentrated retinol, vitamin C and niacinamide products and/or chemical peels at the same time of day. Alternating between these ingredients every other day can be quite effective, however.
