Professional Eyebrow Shaping

Likewise, harmony in eyebrow design, lies in the correct shape and symmetry. Eyebrows define our expressions as well as our personalities. No matter what size and shape of the natural eyebrows are, they can be changed to fit each client’s unique personality. There are many ways to give eyebrows the proper care they need: eyebrow tinting, eyebrow waxing, and most importantly, eyebrow shaping. In order for eyebrows to look a certain way, different elements of the brows must be manipulated, such as changing the length, width, and thickness.

Microblading Eyebrow
Microblading is a combination of science and art
Microblading is a type of “eyebrow architecture.” Microblading is a form of cosmetic semi-permanent makeup performed using, a manual disposable handheld tool, composed with very fine needles resembling the shape of a blade, to hand draw each individual hair and simultaneously implant the pigment into the skin. The process is very precise thanks to the tool that is used, which is effectively like a pen with the nib being a sloped blade with 10-12 little needles at the end – needles that don’t penetrate the skin but just delicately scratch the surface, much like a paper cut. The needle very finely implants featherweight strokes with a medical-grade pigment on the epidermis layer for the skin, creating fine, realistic, and natural hair strokes. A new set of Microbladed Eyebrows takes two appointments to complete.
The technique and art of microblading is very delicate and for this reason, it needs two visits to ensure that all the strokes are evenly saturated with pigment. The second appointment is called a complementary touchup and takes place 6 to 8 weeks after the initial appointment after the pigments settled into the skin. In this complimentary touchup, Lala makes any needed adjustments and ensures each hair stroke has an even cooler. Microblading lasts anything between 12-18 months, but the longevity of the pigment will depend on your skin type. People with slightly more oily skin will tend to last around the 12-month mark before needing a top-up, but those with normal skin can last up to 18 months. According to the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP), the possibility of problems with permanent makeup procedures is rare when all health standards are followed, especially in regard to the disinfection and sterilization of equipment. Medical complications may also be related to post-procedural care, but these risks decrease when a person follows aftercare instructions properly. Lala has very strict guidelines that she follows to decide who is a good candidate for microblading and who should avoid microblading by filling out the micro blading consent form. Moreover, she respects each client’s natural shape and personality, and also she puts the brows in motion with precision.
